• 3 stk. myke dadler
• 2 ss Life kokosolje
• 1 ½ ss Wholesome agavesirup
Fyll
• 4 dl Helios økologiske cashewnøtter, bløtlagt i fire timer
• 2 dl kokosfløte
• 1 lime, zesten og juicen
• 1 dl Wholesome agavesirup
• ½ ts salt
Spirulinafyll
• ½ ts Supernature spirulina - pulver
• ½ ts gurkemeie
